Characteristics:

   Insulated glass unit  is made with two or multi plies of glass, separated by a spacer that is filled with desiccant, and with the perimeter of the spacer that gets in contact with the glass is properly sealed with primary and secondary sealants to ensure it is air tight.

Product performance characteristics:

1. Thermal properties: the lower the K-value (heat transfer coefficient), the inert gas filling into effect more obvious

2. Optical properties: according to actual needs, flexible choice of different visible light transmission and reflection rate

3. Noise performance: Insulated glass generally reduce the noise 30 db, and the inert gas filling can be reduced about 5 db.

4. Anti-condensation properties: the state than the insulated glass dew point -40 degree lower, to ensure that no hollow glass condensation.

5. Sealing: aluminum frame (interval box) a shape, structure and butyl rubber or plastic, double-sealed plastic polysulfide, to ensure a good seal performance and service life
